His work spans the full aerospace tech stack, encompassing Digital Connectivity, CIMCO DNC, Ignition Software for OEE and asset monitoring, Palantir for Manufacturing, and Additive Manufacturing for factory support. As the business expands, he ensures that smart manufacturing capabilities scale with it, embedding the tools and infrastructure that position Eaton Aerospace as a leader in next-generation production.
- Leading complex infrastructure modernization projects across aerospace sites, establishing the digital connectivity backbone required for pervasive deployment of Industry 4.0 tools and technologies.
- Deploying Inductive Automation's Ignition platform for real-time shop floor monitoring, integrating OEE tracking and asset visibility across CNC operations.
- Standardizing Eaton Aerospace's global shop floor infrastructure through the deployment of CIMCO DNC-Max, enabling centralized Direct Numeric Control and modern CNC program management across all sites.
- Architect of Eaton's global additive manufacturing cost savings methodology, standardizing the process for identifying, validating, and capturing AM-driven value across the business.
- Aerospace lead for the Palantir for Manufacturing implementation, enabling real-time CNC machine monitoring and data visibility across the shop floor.
